Achievements not unlocking
Start the game while connected to Steam and wait at the main menu. The October 3 official update says the game checks your save against your Steam profile from the splash screen onward and can show a "Missing achievements updated." notice. If anything is still missing after that, use the in-game Report button.
9 souvenir coins
Steam confirms the "No Empty Slots" achievement for placing all nine souvenir coins in the album. Community guides also report that coins should be pursued after the coin press is unlocked, and official update notes say untouched coins can glint when you are near them after the October 3 update.
