DinoBones Skeletons | DinoBones: Tidy Up the Museum
Quick answer
Use this page as a source-bounded checklist for the 9 dinosaur skeletons, then keep exact bone counts and final missing-bone notes marked unknown until they are verified.
Use this page to track the 9 dinosaur skeletons without turning unverified bone counts or exact positions into facts. Steam's store page says the museum has nine skeletons to put back together, and Steam achievements include completion goals for all nine skeletons, so the checklist below is now safe to use as a player task map.
9 dinosaur skeletons

What to track for each exhibit
- Progress shown on the in-game museum screen or Tab progress view.
- Whether the skeleton has at least one placed bone.
- Whether the skeleton is complete.
- Missing bone notes, especially very small bones or pieces that may have moved after collisions.
- Related cleanup that is not a missing bone: coin, cassette, camera/photo, snow globe, model kit, or garden.
- Verification status: official Steam, Steam achievement, community guide, or needs verification.
Completion facts that are safe today
- Steam describes DinoBones as a skeleton restoration sim where players identify, collect, and assemble scattered dinosaur bones, and its store copy says the museum has nine skeletons to rebuild: Steam store.
- Steam global achievements list "A Bit of Everything" for placing at least one bone in each of the nine exhibits and "DinoBones" for completing all nine skeletons: Steam achievements.
- Community walkthroughs consistently treat the completion route as nine displays, with the same species list used above. Keep those as community-confirmed until each exhibit row has first-party screenshots or in-game capture evidence.
Missing-bone workflow
- Check the museum progress screen before assuming a nearby reward is part of skeleton completion.
- Search around the exhibit using the species color, shape, and texture cues you have already learned.
- Separate skeleton progress from secret cleanup. A coin, cassette, camera photo, snow globe, model piece, or garden task can matter for 100%, but it will not fill an empty bone socket.
- If a skeleton is nearly complete, write the missing part in plain language before searching again: tooth, rib, vertebra, toe, wing piece, skull piece, or unknown.
- If the exact part or location is not verified, leave it in the unknown field instead of copying a guess into the database.
Verification status
This page intentionally does not publish exact bone counts yet. The next safe upgrade is a row-level evidence pass with screenshots or current guide evidence for each exhibit's count, unlock, related collectible, and most common final missing bone.
